Tyler Halloween House 2026 is in the books. Thank you, East Texas. See you
next year.

TYLER, Texas. We're a family in Tyler's Azalea District who loves Halloween a completely normal amount. Every year we pick a theme and build it from scratch, from walls and facades to props, lighting, and sound.

It outgrew what we could do alone a long time ago. Friends donate their time, a full cast joins us in costume, the streets close to cars, and our neighbors show up in costumes of their own. It is the best night of the year.

For one night. For free. Because we love our community.

The house
We're not a haunted house, and the house itself isn't open. Characters line a short walk-through around the courtyard and driveway.
Weather
Rain or shine. Dress for it and come anyway.

Does it cost anything?

No. It's free for every age, every year.

When does it start?

Halloween night, October 31. Candy starts at 5:30 PM. The streets around the house close to cars from about 5 to 10 PM.

Where do we park?

Park outside the closed blocks and walk in. S College Ave is closed from W 1st St to Mockingbird Ln, and Mockingbird Ln is closed from S College Ave to S Chilton Ave.

Is it too scary for little kids?

We're not a haunted house. It's a themed build for all ages, with costumed characters along a short walk-through.

Can we go inside the house?

No. The house itself isn't open. The walk-through goes around the courtyard and the driveway.

What if it rains?

We go rain or shine. Dress for the weather and come anyway.
